Face Book

I've started a little face book  but it might not be what you're thinking, so here is a peek  at the cover.
My little grandson was here for a few days and I always seem to be inspired to be in touch with my inner child when he is here.   I  told you that I have been taking "Norah's Faces"  with Sharon Thomlinson.  Every chance I get I want to  practice and I have so many things I should be doing right now!  Staying focused can be impossible sometimes! :)  I will share more pages as I progress.
I am using a children's board book that measures 5x7 so it isn't an over whelming project  and easy to store. :) Here's the first pages in progress!

I will be adding more to these pages so you will have to check back later.  Have a great day!!!

Happiness

The sum of happiness is made up of a thousand details. A little kindness done one less fortunate gives the heart a beat of pleasure that no millinery or laces or jewels can possibly inspire.
To overcome prejudice is more satisfying than a ten-course dinner.
To subdue a difficulty and smother a selfish disire is to become strong and splendid.
If life is worth living at all, it is worth living in a state of progress and improvement.
If we moan and groan, filling the air with dissatisfaction and gloom, we can scarcely hope to partake of much contentment.
All you need is a good thump on the back by some cheerful soul who has faith in you, and promise to yourself that you will face your work and your worries cheerfully,-(Selected)
